Assistant Professor of Asian American Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies, University of Wisconsin – Madison Due November 15 The Asian American Studies Program and the Department of Gender and Women’s Studies at the University of Wisconsin- Madison seek to hire a tenure-track assistant professor in the area of Asian American Studies and gender/sexuality. The selected candidate will mount a rigorous research program and make significant contributions to the teaching mission of both units. While we are seeking a scholar who engages with both Asian American Studies and gender/sexuality, the specific area of focus is open and scholars may engage any research methodology from the humanities and/or social sciences. The tenure home will reside in Gender and Women’s Studies, and the appointment will be budgeted in both Asian American Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies.
